You should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of your session to meet your trainer and assure you have filled out your intake forms. You will be greeted by your trainer, checked in to your session, and introduced to the other members. The session will start with a 5-10 minute warm-up, followed by a demonstration of the workout. You will always be shown the exercises, proper form, and duration of the workout. Once the workout is complete, you will cool down for 5-10 minutes, followed by a feeling of satisfaction for completing a challenging workout.

If you are cleared by your doctor to perform strength, endurance, and conditioning work and feel comfortable training, communicate your injury to your trainer so you can be provided a modification as necessary.

Once you become a member with ELITE, you will be given access to our scheduling app so you can select and attend the sessions that work best for you. It is recommended that you schedule a few days in advance to avoid getting closed out of a session or wait-listed.

Any session will be good for weight loss or muscle gain as long you are following a proper nutritional program.

While we can provide nutritional guidance and general meal planning advice, we work with a registered dietitian to ensure you are being prescribed a proper meal plan.

Trainers will explain the workout, and carefully assist in proper movement and technique, you will receive motivating cues, corrections to ensure proper form is being executed, and inspiration for when the work gets challenging.

ELITE training is not in the same setting as traditional gym training. While you will be strength training with some familiar equipment such as squat racks and benches, trainers use ropes, sleds, tires, slam balls, dumbbells, kettle bells, bands, and other equipment to train. This keeps your training, fun, functional, and progressive.

The short answer is yes. This will be determined in your introduction call or first meeting when your training package is decided.

Memberships vary, however, all sessions at ELITE are led by an instructor/personal trainer and reserved in advance.

Results are determined by your level of commitment and consistency. ELITE can guarantee you an effective workout when you attend and participate properly in sessions. We cannot control individual behaviors inside or outside of ELITE training sessions that may vary results.

ELITE does not accept insurance; however, many insurance companies will offer cash reimbursement for participation. Refer to your insurance policy and/or call ELITE for further details.

Yes, there are two bathrooms and a shower room.

Group training sessions are designed for you to be working individually so that you are in control of your pace. Participants are encouraged by the trainers to challenge themselves, however, they are encouraged to listen to their bodies for the correct pace.

In general, anyone can participate in group training or personal training. That being said, if you are recovering from an injury, or surgery, and have limited range of motion or no range of motion, you might be encouraged to start with personal training and transition to the group training sessions. In certain circumstances, medical clearance by your physician may be required to start.

It is normal to experience DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) 24-48 hours after a training session. DOMS may last 24-48 hours. This usually occurs when a muscle has not been used, challenged, or moved in an unfamiliar way.
